Works good

Quick and easy to use. It is nice to have equal and accurate length logs so I don’t end up with any too long for the log splitter or wood stove.

Great product at a great price.

Had a bit of trouble figuring out how to install the paint can, but once I did, it works like a charm. The trick is to press firmly until you hear the click.

Makes a bad job super easy

Dislike marking wood with chalk. The Mingo is super fast and easy.

Works great

I've been marking my wood for years with spray paint but to mark it manually takes a lot of time. This tool marks the wood every 18 in as I need it and it takes very little time and it uses very little paint and just is a great idea. A little pricey but well worth the money.

Extremely titchy product -- difficult to get paint can inserted into device

This is a great product -- in concept. However, I found it to be frustrating and a complete waste of money in practice. The manufacturer's website helpfully states that in order for the product to work, the user must insert a can of inverted marking paint far enough into the Mingo Marker so that the bottom of the paint can sits below the top of the Mingo Marker tube. Unless that is done, the Mingo Marker will not function and is essentially useless. What the manufacturer fails to explain, however, is how to this can be accomplished -- in other words, how to insert the paint can far enough (when it invariably gets stuck before it is fully inserted).
